Exchange:
• European Union stations will send RST and a two-letter & two-number code to identify their regions (see point 7).

Multi-Operator Single-Transmitter: cabrillo important note
As shown in the example image below, the Cabrillo file for the Multi-Operator Single-Transmitter category (EU or DX) MUST INCLUDE an additional column at the end in the QSO LINE, indicating whether the station is a RUN (0) or MULT (1) station, in order to verify compliance with the 10-minute rule.
If this information is not present, the station will automatically be moved to the Multi-Multi category.
